PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM relay device capable of forming a relay signal enabling error correction capability at a receiving end to be fully exerted while improving the relay quality by hard decision. SOLUTION: The OFDM relay device is provided with a weighting part 109 which applies the weighting corresponding to the frequency characteristics before the hard decision to a signal after the hard decision, in addition to a hard decision 108 for executing the hard decision to a signal after FFT. By this, the frequency characteristics corresponding to transmission path characteristics before the hard decision are imparted to the signal after the hard decision by the weighting part 109. Therefore, a sub-carrier low in C/N is relayed in a state that the low C/N remains low. Consequently, accurate error correction decoding can be executed if soft decision decoding is executed by executing the weighting on the basis of the transmission path characteristics at the receiving end.
