PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle heat exchanger capable of preventing the deformation of a core portion even if receiving a load from a cowl side. SOLUTION: The motorcycle heat exchanger comprises the core portion 110 made by alternately laminating radiating fins 111 and inside fluid circulating tubes 112, a pair of tanks 120, 130 connected to both end portions in a longitudinal direction of the tube 111, and a pair of brackets 140, 150 arranged both outer sides in the laminating direction of the fins 111, and the tubes 112 of the core portion 110. The pair of the brackets 140, 150 is fixed to a frame 11 and a cowl 12 of a motorcycle 1, respectively.
