PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head capable of properly executing recovery operation processing in the liquid discharge head having nozzle diameters in different sizes in order to discharge liquid droplets of different sizes. SOLUTION: The liquid discharge head has the nozzles with diameters in different sizes in order to discharge the liquid droplets of different sizes. The liquid droplets of relatively larger sizes are discharged from the nozzles with larger diameters. The liquid droplets of smaller sizes are discharged from the nozzles with smaller diameters.
