PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated inductor which has a structure capable of suppressing the influence of residual stress between an internal conductor and a magnetic element and particularly prevents a Q value from decreasing due to the deterioration of a magnetic characteristic and can suppress the unevenness of its value. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the laminated inductor having a cavity between conductor patterns includes steps of patterning a ceramic green sheet having at least a conductive material, an insulator material and a vanishing material so that one or more surfaces of a conductor pattern made of the conductive material are brought into contact with the insulator material, laminating, pressing and vanishing the ceramic green sheet.
