PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a green sheet that is related mainly to a ceramic sheet for forming a dielectric laminated component. SOLUTION: In particular, an amorphous inorganic dielectric layer 6 is formed on the supporting film 3 of the green sheet 4 is formed, and a seed crystal 7 is dispersively arranged in this amorphous inorganic dielectric layer 6. With this configuration, since the amorphous inorganic dielectric layer is a grain grown at the seed crystal as a center, the grain growth of the dielectric at the baking time can be controlled, by controlling the dispersing state of this seed crystal.
