PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition excellent in melting characteristics, capable of exhibiting hardness suitable for various uses, when subjected to thermo-molding, and capable of giving a molded product which is excellent in yellowing resistance, scarcely causes deposition of a substance derived from an oligomer on its surface, and is excellent in water resistance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition contains a thermoplastic polyurethane resin obtained by together reacting a polymeric polyol, a chain extender, and a polyisocyanate in a specified ratio, and further contains a hydrolysis inhibitor and an oxidation inhibitor, wherein the polymeric polyol contains a polyester polyol which is obtained from 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol and adipic acid and has a hydroxy value of 20-120, the chain extender contains 1,6-hexanediol, the polyisocyanate contains HDI, and the molded product which is obtained by subjecting the composition to the thermo-molding has a hardness of 80-95 as a JIS-A hardness.
