PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part opening lower side connection structure of a vehicle capable of reducing its weight without increasing the number of parts and improving rigidity of the rear part opening lower side connection structure forming a back door. SOLUTION: A connection reinforcing part 14b is formed in an inner panel 14 among lower backs 11 forming a rear part opening lower fringe of a vehicle by protruding backward from the vehicle and extending in the outer direction of vehicle width and extension of left and right side fringes of a rear part opening, respectively. The connection reinforcing part 14b has a first projecting part 14c extended in the outer direction of vehicle width and a second projecting part 14d extended on extension of left and right side fringes of the rear part opening. An abutting face 14e abutted on a lower corner part 17b of a second inner panel 17 of a rear pillar is formed by both side faces of the first projecting part 14c and the second projecting part 14d. The connection reinforcing part 14b is butted and abutted on the lower corner part 17b of the second inner panel 17 of the rear pillar to join the second inner panel 17 of the rear pillar with a lower back inner panel 14.
