PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a composing member of a metallic pipe for bicycle frames by which deformability is improved and the composing member of the metallic pipe for the bicycle frames formed by the forming method. SOLUTION: In a forming method by which a metallic pipe 1 is expanded so as to be deformed into the shape of the composing member by injecting a pressurized fluid from the opening at both ends of the metallic pipe 1 after putting the metallic pipe 1 both the ends of which are opened in a die 2 for making the composing member in order to form the composing member of the metallic pipe for the bicycle frames, the expansion forming is performed under the state where the metallic pipe is held at temperature at which the pipe can be deformed.
