The arrangement has a brake for braking a screen shaft, where brake has a brake spring (12) which acts on the shaft in the direction that is opposite to the direction of force of a reset-spring. The characteristics of the brake-spring is so designed that its spring action is lesser than the spring action of reset-spring (6) in each or other any position of the roller screen cloth.
