<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bellows pipe composite hose capable of solving the problem of fatigue rupture of a metal bellows pipe at a side part between a ridge part and a valley part in the metal bellows pipe due to stress concentration to achieve excellent fatigue durability. <P>SOLUTION: This metal bellows pipe composite hose 10 comprises the metal bellows pipe 20 as a permeation barrier layer to fluid to be transported, elastic filler material 22 to fill a valley space 40 on the outer circumferential side between ridge parts 36 and 36 in the metal bellows pipe 20, and reinforcement layers 24 and 28 on the outer circumferential side.
