<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly sensitive detection when acceleration is detected through the use of an oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillator 1 is provided with at least a pair of driving oscillation parts 3 and 4 and a detecting oscillation part 5 separated from the driving oscillation parts 3 and 4. When the driving oscillation parts 3 and 4 are excited by driving oscillations A to add acceleration, for example, in X-axis and Y-axis directions to the oscillator, the amplitude C of the detecting oscillation part changes.
