<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing simply and with high productivity a fiber board which, while being light and having high strengths, is hard to cause interlayer delamination, and to provide the fiber board. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fiber board 9 comprises the process (web forming process) of mixing a fiber 11 and a binder resin 12 to form a web and the process (web press-bonding process) of placing two of the above web one on the other and bonding them under pressure. In the web forming process the web is formed so that the content of the binder resin 12 may gradually become higher from either one of the web upper and lower faces toward the other one. In the web press-bonding process, of the upper or the lower face of the webs, the faces less in the content of the binder resin 12 are made opposite to each other, compressed under a high temperature condition, and then cooled to bond the webs together under pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
