LIPASE INHIBITOR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND COMPOSITION FOR ANTI-OBESITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipase inhibitor safe and high in effect, daily ingestible continuously, and to provide a method for producing the same and to provide a composition for anti-obesity.

SOLUTION: The lipase inhibitor principally comprises a lower alcohol extract of pretreated kale obtained by removing water-soluble component or drying the same. The method for producing the lipase inhibitor comprises a pretreating process soaking kale or its dried product in water to distribute it into a water-soluble component and a residue, and a process extracting the effective component with a lower alcohol by soaking the residue in the lower alcohol. The preferable alcohol extracting process is performed by using alcohol with 60-80% by volume of ethanol concentration, under heating. The invention relates to the anti-obesity composition comprising the lipase inhibitor.
