<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide having excellent affinity to AGE (Advanced Glycation End Products), and to provide an adsorbent comprising the peptide immobilized on a water-insoluble carrier, because adsorbents used for selectively adsorbing off AGE contained in body fluids (for example, blood, plasma) to improve diseases such as diabetic renal diseases, and adsorbing devices using the adsorbents are demanded. <P>SOLUTION: This peptide having affinity to the AGE, the adsorbent having the affinity to the AGE, and an adsorbing device are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
