<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane electrode assembly for a tube type fuel cell capable of miniaturizing, having high output density per volume, and having high current collecting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The membrane electrode assembly of the tube type fuel cell is formed by using multi-layer carbon nano-tubes. A tube-shaped solid electrolyte membrane is formed between the inside layer of the multi-layer carbon nano-tubes and the outside layer formed on the outside of the inside layer, and a catalyst is carried in the inside layer and the outside layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
