<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open a door panel, and to suitably inflate an airbag. <P>SOLUTION: A regulating portion 50 regulating an inflating direction of the airbag 24 is provided on an inner wall surface of a cylindrical element 30 substantially having a rectangular shape and close to corner porions 42 (42A, 42B, 42C, 42D) of an airbag passing port 40. The regulating portion 50 is structured from a tilting surface 52 tilting to a center side of the airbag passing port 40 from an airbag deice 20 side toward the airbag passing port 40 side.
