<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine having a bellows capable of shielding scattered light passing through the inside of the bellows in the middle of an optical path, preventing the bellows from being damaged, grasping the generation of scattered light, and rapidly taking countermeasures for a trouble. <P>SOLUTION: The subject scattered light shielding device 12 is arranged between a plurality of bellows 15, 16 arranged along the optical path of laser beams emitted from the laser beam machine 1 having first and second connection terminals 1a, 1b connected to a power supply or a lamp 31 or a buzzer, and comprises a scattered light shielding plate 23 having an aperture 23a for the optical path of laser beams in a substantially center thereof to shield the scattered light not passing through the aperture 23a for the optical path, and a lead wire 24 which is arranged on one side or both sides or on the inner side of the scattered light shielding plate 23, disconnected by irradiation of the scattered light, and connected to third and fourth connection terminals 25, 26 to be directly or indirectly electrically connected to the first and second connection terminals on its end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
