<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an image information processing method, apparatus and program in which efficient coding processing can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of coding processing are performed on inputted image information according to the predetermined order while managing phases of coding processes so that a phase difference between the coding processes keeps a bottom first phase difference predetermined between the coding processes at least, and in processing results of the coding processes, a processing result of a coding process after the second one is sequentially stored at least.
