PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced plastic mounting structure capable of preventing breakage at a fastened part by a fastener, and sufficiently maintaining a fastened state. SOLUTION: This fiber reinforced plastic mounting structure 1 mounts a metal member 3 on the outer side of a fiber reinforced plastic member 2 of a hollow structure using a fastener 4. The fiber reinforced plastic member 2 is composed by overlapping end parts of two U-shaped members 21 and 22 to joint them. The fastener 4 penetrates a junction part 23 of the two U-shaped members 21 and 22 and the metal member 3 to mount the metal member 3 to the fiber reinforced plastic member 2 by tightening the fiber reinforced plastic member 2 and the metal member 3 together. By thus fastening the fiber reinforced plastic member 2 by the junction part 23 that is thick, bearing breakage due to fastening can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
