PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group guidance navigation system capable of forming a hardly breaking group, enabling easy return or joining to the group, and capable of guiding the group to the destination collectively in a body. SOLUTION: A communication server 9 is provided with a communication part 11 for communicating various information with a communication device 4 of a navigation device 10, and a route calculation part 13 for performing route calculation. Route information calculated by the route calculation part 13 includes route information 18 from an owner car to the destination, assembly route information 19 to an assembly place of each member car and the owner car, following route information 20 (including new following route information 21a in consideration of a byroad enabling a delayed member car to catch up with the group or traffic congestion) in the shortest distance from each member car to the owner car on the route to the destination, and route information 21 to a meeting place when performing meeting.
