PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device capable of easily adjusting the tilt of an optical disk in a tangential direction which is the circumferential direction of an optical disk. SOLUTION: Main and sub axes 21 and 22 are arranged in parallel with each other along the radial direction of an optical disk. Both ends of an optical pickup 1 are pivotally supported in the circumferential direction of the optical disk by these main and sub axes 21 and 22. A leaf spring 81 is installed on the sub axis 22 side of the optical pickup 1 in contact with the sub axis 22. On a side facing the leaf spring 81 with respect to the sub axis 22, a bearing 82 is installed in contact with the sub axis 22. This bearing 82 is engaged with a through-hole 83 having a female screw formed in the optical pickup 1, and held by a male screw 84 coming in contact with the bearing 82 at the tip of the screw part side. By adjusting the fastening amount of the male screw 84, a pressing force is applied to the leaf spring 81 through the sub axis 22 to deform the same, and thus the position of the optical pickup 1 is changed.
