PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus into which a driver software can be surely automatically installed by a simple configuration, regardless of the state of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A USB device 30 incorporates a keyboard device 31 and a storage device 32 storing the driver of the keyboard device 31 therein, and the keyboard device 31 and the storage device 32 can generate transactions on a USB cable 20 for external connections, and the USB device 20 includes a switch 37 for setting the keyboard device 31 to an enabled state or a disabled state and a USB/HUB controller 33 for starting the operation of the storage device 32 when the keyboard device 31 is set to the disabled state by the switch 37, so that the driver can be read from the storage device 32.
