PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed processing system capable of changing constitution of a device autonomously to distribute a load by rearranging components in response to load fluctuation. SOLUTION: Microcomputers 11, 12, 13 mounted on a control unit 1 are connected by a bus to constitute the distributed processing system. Each of the microcomputers 11, 12, 13 is provided with an analog interface 31, the component 37 with a fixed arrangement place such as a LAN interface 32, and the component 38 capable of changing an arrangement place such as a TTY communication protocol 43. The each of the microcomputers 11, 12, 13 notifies own load information to an SNMP manager 50 via each of SNMP agents 51, 52, 53.
