PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail communication processing method capable of increasing user-conveniences. SOLUTION: In this embodiment, a cellphone receives mails A, B and C during the start of a first mail application 33. The mails A, B received are stored in a second mail storage part 52 and the mail C is stored in a first mail storage part 51. A mail reception distribution part 36 notifies the reception of the mails to the first mail application being started. On receiving this notification, the first mail application 33 first requests a target mail determining part 37 to determine if there is mail to be obtained and, if receiving a response indicating that there is mail to be obtained, then requests a mail obtaining part 38 to obtain the mail that the determining part determined should be obtained, so as to obtain the mail A.
