PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an outer door of a vending machine from opening even in the event of such wrongdoing as lifting the outer door upwards, prying the door open forwards, or deforming the body cabinet of the vending machine outwards. SOLUTION: When the outer door 3 is held closed, an engagement hook 312 of a first engagement part 31 secured to the outer door 3 is engaged in an engagement hole 322a in an engagement hole piece 322 of a second engagement part 32 secured to the bottom base 2a of the body cabinet. Even when the outer door 3 is moved upwards under these conditions, the engagement hook 321 abuts against the peripheral edge of the engagement hole 322a, keeping the outer door 3 from moving upwards. Even when one tries to pry the outer door 3 open forwards, the engagement hook 312 abuts against the peripheral edge of the engagement hole 322a, keeping the outer door 3 from moving forwards. Even when the circumferential wall of the body cabinet is deformed outwards, the engagement of an engaging pair 30 cannot be undone because the engaging pair 30 is provided irrespective of the circumferential wall 2c of the body cabinet 2, with the first engagement part 31 secured to the outer door 3 and the second engagement part 32 to the bottom base 2a.
