PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photographic sensitive material having improved humidity dependency particularly in development of letter line width and also having improved charging property. SOLUTION: The heat developable photographic sensitive material has a plurality of layers on a support, wherein at least one of the layers is an image forming layer containing a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a nucleating agent, at least one of the plurality of layers is an organic solvent applied layer formed by applying and drying a coating liquid in which≥60 mass% of the solvent of the coating liquid is an organic solvent, and a layer adjacent to the organic solvent applied layer uses a polymeric latex having a glass transition temperature of 25-80°C as a binder. The heat developable photographic sensitive material attains a charge amount of -4 to +4 kV immediately after heat development. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
