PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color diffusion transfer film unit having an alkali processing composition-containing body excellent in spreadability and in adhesion immediately after spread processing. SOLUTION: In the color diffusion transfer film unit having a photosensitive element, a neutralization element and the alkali processing composition-containing body, wherein the photosensitive element contains at least one dye forming compound and a silver halide emulsion, the neutralization element has a function to lower the pH of the alkali processing composition-containing body, and at least one of the photosensitive element and the neutralization element has an image receiving layer on which a dye is fixed, the alkali processing composition-containing body which is spread between the photosensitive element and the neutralization element has a viscosity of≥1×106mPa s at a shearing rate of 1×10-2s-1and a viscosity of≤2×104mPa s at a shearing rate of 1×102s-1.
