PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly align paper, even when deformation such as a curl is caused in the paper, without damaging the paper. SOLUTION: This paper post-processor has a staple tray 203 for accumulating the inserted paper, and an aligning means for aligning the paper inserted into this staple tray 203. The aligning means has a side regulating plate 202 for performing alignment by pushing an edge part of the paper.
