PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of counter weight attachment/detachment work by reducing types of links used for a hanging member for attaching/detaching a weight body of the counter weight and reducing the detachment number of the link. SOLUTION: The hanging member 34 is length-adjustably constituted by a hydraulic cylinder 36 and the links 37, 38 in response to that a distance of an apex part of a gantry and an upper surface of the weight body is different by mounting positions of the respective weight bodies 26-29 in the state that the weight bodies 26-29 are hung up to the mounting position. Further, as a means for complementing length adjustment action of the hanging member 34, a projection amount of hanging rings 30-33 provided on an upper surface of the weight body from an upper surface of the weight body is made different such that it becomes maximum at the weight body 26 at the front part and becomes minimum at the weight body 29 at the rear part.
