The invention relates to an axial piston compressor, especially for motor vehicle air conditioning installations, said compressor comprising an especially annular pivoting disk (107) which is rotatably driven by a drive shaft (104), the incline of said pivoting disk in relation to the drive shaft (104) being adjustable. Said pivoting disk is connected, in an articulated manner, to at least one supporting element (109, 109a, 109b) which is arranged at a distance from the drive shaft (104) in such a way that it rotates therewith, and the pistons (106) respectively comprise a joint arrangement (110) with which the pivoting disk (107) engages in a sliding manner. The supporting element (109, 109a, 109b) is arranged on the radially outer end of a force transmission element (114, 124) rotating with the drive shaft (104), and on the pivoting disk (107) in an articulated and fixed manner. The force transmission element (114, 124) of the supporting element (109, 109a, 109b) is either embodied in a telescoping manner or mounted on the drive shaft (104) in such a way that it can be displaced in the radial direction or in an inclined manner in relation to the drive shaft axis. |
