The arrangement has a vacuum-fit lubricated precision ball bearings (2, 3) mounted in a cylindrical housing (1) at each end of an imaginary cylindrical axis. A rotation axis (4) carries an oscillating weight (5), which is fixedly connected with a magnet disc (6). The arrangement of the units (4, 5, 6) is statically and dynamically balanced. Reverberation sensors (7) are firmly connected with the housing.
