<p>The ceramic disk valve (1) has a body (2) in which is defined an axial passage (3) for the accommodation of a cutoff assembly including ceramic disks (4,5). The passage (3) defines an inlet (12) at which is arranged a gasket (19). A resting element (23) is interposed between the annular gasket (19) and one of the disks (6), such resting element (23) being slidable along the passage (3).
