摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register, an electrooptical device and an electronic equipment in which signal wiring is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A unit control circuit Ub2 is provided with transistors 231 to 233 which control a latch circuit 240 and its storage contents and supplies an X clock signal XCX and an inverted X clock signal XCKB to a unit shift circuit Ua2 in a permission mode. When the transistor 233 detects an input signal IN2, the transistor 233 rewrites the storage contents of the latch circuit 240. The transistors 232 and 231 rewrite the storage contents of the latch circuit 240 using the X clock signal XCK.
