PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program capable of quantitatively recognizing a patent value or the quality of patent specifications.

SOLUTION: The program enables a computer to execute; a specification acquisition step of acquiring patent specifications from a specification storage part wherein patent specifications including a scope of a claim for patent are stored; a patent specification analysis step of analyzing patent specifications acquired in the specification acquisition step; a patent value calculation step of quantitatively calculating a patent value based on analysis results obtained in the patent specification analysis step; and a patent value output step of outputting the patent value.
