<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bulletin board management method, an electronic bulletin board management program, and an electronic bulletin board management device capable of efficiently performing information exchange between specialists in a plurality of fields. <P>SOLUTION: In response to a perusal request from a terminal 2, an electronic bulletin board management server 1 transmits displayed information on one electronic bulletin board among managed electronic bulletin boards to the terminal 2. In response to a display request from the terminal 2, managed electronic bulletin board display information is updated based on the display information received simultaneously with the request. Among display requests from the terminal 2, a first display request requiring display of a new topic includes display desire bulletin board identification information specifying one or a plurality of electronic bulletin boards desired for display of the display information about the topic.
