<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a communication route where traffics required for constructing the communication route can be made relatively small and where a relatively small amount of data concerning the communication routes is required to be stored at terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The communication route constructing method of this invention comprises a step S2 of enabling a terminal to transmit an H packet, which contains communication quality information indicating the quality of communication kept through a communication route from the terminal itself to its host terminal and vice versa, to a communication network with a broadcast communication, steps S4, S7, and S10 of making an H packet receiving terminal acquire the quality of communication kept through a communication route from the H packet sending terminal to the terminal itself and also acquire the quality of communication kept through a communication route from the terminal itself to the sending terminal of a notice communication packet, and steps S13 and S14 of calculating the quality of communication kept through a communication route from the terminal to the host terminal and vice versa on the basis of the two-way communication quality acquired by the H packet receiving terminal through the steps 4, 7, and 10 and the communication quality information contained in the received H packet and of constructing a communication route from the terminal to the host terminal and vice versa only when the calculated communication quality meets the prescribed requirements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
