<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key-less entry system enabling remote operation of a vehicle door lock and a power window by means of a terminal unit of a mobile telephone, etc., which key-less entry system is prevented from inadvertently locking up a person in the vehicle when the person stays in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The key-less entry system comprises a human being detecting means for detecting a person staying in the vehicle and a reporting means for giving a mobile terminal the information that the person is present in the vehicle from a communication section via a radio communication network when the person staying in the vehicle is detected by the human being detecting means. When vehicle door locking operation is executed by the mobile terminal, first a check if a person is present in the vehicle is made by the human being detection means, and then if the person staying in the vehicle is detected, the reporting means gives the mobile terminal the information that the person is present in the vehicle through the communication section and the radio communication network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
