PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration of workability at the time of inserting terminal fittings and wires into a rubber plug in one lot. SOLUTION: The housing seal part 25 formed at the front of a wire seal part 24 is engaged with a groove 30 and thereby, the housing seal part 25 is elastically deformed and the spacing between the outer circumference of the housing seal part 25 and the inner circumference of the groove 30 is sealed. At this time, the wire seal part 24 is not elastically deformed, therefore position shifting does not arise in each of wire insertion holes 26.
