PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint plate with the water cut-off function capable of cutting off water of a joint plate part after hardening concrete. SOLUTION: This joint plate is characterized in that a ready-mixed concrete adhesive sealant 2 having a property of adhering to its concrete after hardening the concrete, when held in a state of being brought into contact with not yet completely hardened concrete, is formed in a layer shape on a surface of the joint plate 1.
