PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection apparatus of a vehicle, capable of effectively analyzing controlling conditions and behavior of the vehicle and compactifying by specializing into a data collecting function. SOLUTION: The data collection apparatus has a specific identification number, and collects and stores a string of data, transmitted by a plurality of control devices transmitting a string of data containing parameters used for the control of a moving body and the identification number to a common network circuit, according the basis of a predetermined format. The data collection system has an identification number different from that of the control device, and simultaneously collects and memorizes a string of data transmitted by a data converting device for transmitting the string of data in designated intervals, as well as the string of data of the control device, including digital data converted from analog data of a detecting means for detecting the identification number and operating the conditions of the moving body to the string of data with the predetermined format.
