PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product for improving a method of jointing a load substrate of a test device and an automatic test system, and to provide a system and a method therefor. SOLUTION: The product (400), having a dielectric of one preferred embodiment, has the dielectric having a top surface and a bottom surface. The top surface provides a planar surface, corresponding to the joined surface of the test device (200). The bottom surface is provided with a relief pattern (500), and the relief pattern is formed so as to straddle components (304-318) that extend above the surface of the load substrate (104) for a circuit tester (102).
