PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating type vibration-damping material composition which has excellent workability and adhesiveness, simultaneously little has toxicity, and exhibits an excellent vibration-damping performance by laminating at least two identical or different building plates, and to provide a building composite plate using the coating type vibration-damping material composition and having an excellent vibration-damping performance. SOLUTION: This coating type vibration-damping material composition is characterized by comprising (A) a hydrolysable silicon-containing functional group-having polymer, (B) a styrenic (co)polymer, (C) a curing catalyst for the component (A), (D) a plasticizer, and (E) a filler.
