PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic make-up product containing a 1st and a 2nd compositions. SOLUTION: The product contains the 1st composition containing a physiologically permissible medium and an ethylenic polymer and the 2nd composition containing at least one kind of silicone polymer having a viscosity of 10-10,000 cSt measured in conformity to ASTM D-445.
