PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic and/or a prophylactic agent efficacious for atopic dermatitis. SOLUTION: The prophylactic and/or the therapeutic agent for the atopic dermatitis contain an antibody as an active ingredient, wherein the antibody comprises a monoclonal antibody against I-J molecule and is obtained by a method for selecting an antibody which does not injure an inactive-type immunocyte when added, but injures an activated immunocyte.
