PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing door device for an elevator capable of easily performing exchange work of a sealing material for shielding smoke in the landing door device for the elevator provided with smoke-shielding performance. SOLUTION: The landing door device for the elevator is provided with a landing door installed on a landing of the elevator; the sealing material having one end provided on a landing fixing body or the landing door and closing a gap formed on a landing entrance/exit port at closing of the landing door; a locking device for locking the landing door at closing of the landing door; and an unlocking device for unlocking the locking device by being operated from the landing side. The unlocking device has a body part connected to the locking device; an engagement part arranged at a hoistway side than the sealing material; and a fixing means for detachably fixing the engagement part to the body part.
