PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor-arranging structure which can detect the occurrence of collision immediately after the occurrence of collision even in the case of offset collision where the collision occurs outside the vehicle width direction other than a front side frame. SOLUTION: A vehicle is provided with a pair of front side frames 14, upper members 15, and connecting frames 23. The pair of front side frames are extended in the front and rear directions of a car body on both sides in the vehicle width direction at the front of the car body. Then the upper members are extended and suspended toward the front from the right and left front pillars 11 outside the vehicle width direction of the front side frames 14. Then the connecting frames 23 connect the neighborhoods of the front ends of the upper members 15 to the front side frames 14 in the vehicle width direction. Then satellite sensors 31 of an air bag device are arranged either inside the outer surfaces 15a in the vehicle width direction at the front ends of the upper members 15 or inside the outer surfaces 15a in the vehicle width direction at the neighborhoods of the front ends.
