PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that adjusting work is troublesome since it is needed to synchronously execute the height adjustment of a chair and the height adjustment of a shampooing device and the problem that the positions of a neck back part and a neck receiving part are shifted in the case that a person to be shampooed moves in front and back directions in the middle of laying a backrest even when the height adjustment is executed when the shampooing device and the chair are separated as before. SOLUTION: The chair for hairdressing is constituted of an auxiliary chair member 3 attached so as to be elevated and lowered by an elevating and lowering means 2, a shampoo bowl 4 attached to the end of the auxiliary chair member, a seat part 53 attached on the auxiliary chair member, the backrest 56 attached so as to be freely raised and brought down to the seat part, and a pillow member 6 attached to the end of the backrest.
