PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for achieving "raising a fitting feeling", and "preventing deformation" simultaneously. SOLUTION: A main body bag 12 comprises a non-expansible placement part 14 to place a head part; a non-expansible lower surface constituting part 16 to face the placement part 14; a peripheral side surface constituting part 18 for holding the shape of the outer peripheral part of the pillow 10; non-expansible connection parts 20 for connecting the placement part 14 to the lower surface constituting part 16; and expansible holding parts 22 arranged in a place where the connection parts 20 are not arranged in the circumference of the placement part 14. The shape of the pillow 10 is held by the non-expansible placement part 14, the lower surface constituting part 16, the peripheral side surface constituting part 18; and the connection parts 20. When the head is placed on the placement part 14, a cushion material pressurized by body pressure flows, while extending the expansible holding parts 22.
