PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress persons who are to fraudulently acquire commands transmitted from a game advancing means and to prevent the reliability of performances from being lost. SOLUTION: A main control circuit 60 outputs a start command to sub control circuits 80 and 90 as it is in the case that a carry-over role is included in winning roles for judgement, and converts the winning role for the judgement by a prescribed probability and outputs it to the sub control circuits 80 and 90 as the start command in the case that the carry-over role is not included in the winning roles for the judgement.
