The device has a cover, two light emitting cores and a light focusing plate (9) for focusing and emanating light. A rear end of the plate is provided with a pin which is slightly curved outward. A bending plate that is smaller than size of the pin is attached at a lower end of the pin and is held with the focusing plate. A lamp seat is provided with a location hole in which the focusing plate is accommodated with the bending plate.
